Hi Rick,
I have wanted to own and operate a tunnel carwash since the late 90's. However, I no longer have the liquidity, and would like to know if there are any investors who would consider assisting in my venture for a new construction 140'-150' tunnel.
I reside in Caledonia, Michigan and this area has 1 carwash that is out dated and does not have good accessibility. The area I would intend on locating it would be on a heavy traveled by-way to Grand Rapids, Michigan.
I have not done traffic studies but know the area of West Michigan very well, and Caledonia is the growth area.
My thoughts are to utilize more square footage, for other businesses i.e. Ice Cream, Coffee, Soups.
Please assist in helping me figure a way to realize this venture.
